Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Umber Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
