Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Westbrook Cedar Farms is an agricultural business based around Baltimore. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
