Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Redstone Meridian Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
