Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Bluepeak Quarry Farms Partners is an agricultural business based around Madison, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of field records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
