Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in El Paso with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
