Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Stone Freight Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
