Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Harborlight Wren Farms is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling cold storage on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
