Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Nova Bridge Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Little Rock. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
