Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Amberfield Harbor Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the New Orleans region, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
