Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Mill Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
