Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Westbrook Mill Farms Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling cold storage on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of cold storage. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
