Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Nova Hollow Freight is a Detroit logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. We reward reliability. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling loads and lanes on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
