Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Summit Forge Freight is a Dallas logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
