Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Highbridge Lakeside Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Nashville. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling cold storage on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
