Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Cedar Bridge Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Miami. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
