Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Hollow Freight and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling dock schedules on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of dock schedules. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
