Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Fernwood Oak Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near New Orleans, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
