Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Dallas. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
