Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
