Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Rivermark Harbor Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Cincinnati. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
