Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Greenridge Harbor Freight Associates coordinates shipments and warehousing around Dallas, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling customer tracking on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
