Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Harborlight Orchard Freight Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling customer tracking on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
