Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services Partners is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of weigh tickets. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
