Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services is an inspection company in Nashville with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
