Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Reno. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
