Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Bridge Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a large organisation of about 968 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of harvest schedules. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
