Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lakeside Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
