Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Amberfield Forge Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Atlanta with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
