Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Bright Ashton Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
