Dispatcher - customer updates (Providence, RI)

Nova West Environmental Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
