Dispatcher - customer updates (Providence, RI)

Clearpath West Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Providence, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a large organisation of about 280 people based in Providence. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
