Dispatcher - customer updates (Pittsburgh, PA)

Harborlight Forge Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Pittsburgh, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
