Dispatcher - customer updates (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Ashton Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Phoenix, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
