Dispatcher - customer updates (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Phoenix, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of weigh tickets. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
