Dispatcher - customer updates (Omaha, NE)

Cedar Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
