Dispatcher - customer updates (New Orleans, LA)

Clearpath Birch Farms Partners supplies farm and food customers across the New Orleans region, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of grower contracts. • Experience with routing software.
