Dispatcher - customer updates (New Orleans, LA)

Redstone Glen Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
