Dispatcher - customer updates (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Birch Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Nashville. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
