Dispatcher - customer updates (Milwaukee, WI)

Cedar Fern Freight is a Milwaukee logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a large organisation of about 494 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of claims. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
