Dispatcher - customer updates (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services Partners and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a large organisation of about 275 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of weigh tickets. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
