Dispatcher - customer updates (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Ivory Inspection Services is an inspection company in Milwaukee with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
