Dispatcher - customer updates (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Clear Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
