Dispatcher - customer updates (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Harbor Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Miami, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of proof of delivery. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
