Dispatcher - customer updates (Miami, FL)

Bright Umber Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Miami. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Miami. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
