Dispatcher - customer updates (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bridge Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
