Dispatcher - customer updates (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Miami. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
