Dispatcher - customer updates (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Memphis. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
