Dispatcher - customer updates (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Glen Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
