Dispatcher - customer updates (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Stone Farms is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 375 people based in Madison. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of harvest schedules. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
