Dispatcher - customer updates (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Keystone Environmental Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software.
